📋 Provider Agreement & Terms
1. Lead Delivery & Pricing
You agree to pay per lead received based on your selected lead type (shared or exclusive). Pricing varies by service type, location, and urgency. You will be invoiced weekly for all leads delivered.
2. Promotional Discount Program (REQUIRED)
By joining this network, you agree to honor promotional discounts (up to 15% off) advertised to consumers on our platform. This applies to:
- Exit-intent offers ("First 10 callers get 15% off")
- Seasonal promotions ("Save 15% this month")
- Special campaign discounts as communicated by us
How to honor the discount: When contacting a customer from our leads, mention they qualify for the promotional discount and apply up to 15% off your regular pricing. The discount is your customer acquisition cost and is separate from the lead fee you pay us.
3. Lead Quality & Refund Policy
We guarantee all leads are real, verified, and within your service areas. You may request a refund for:
- Duplicate leads (same customer within 30 days)
- Wrong contact information (phone/email bounces)
- Outside your service area
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days with documentation.
4. Response Time Requirements
You agree to contact leads within:
- Emergency leads: 15 minutes
- Exclusive leads: 1 hour
- Shared leads: 4 hours
Failure to respond timely may result in lead credits or removal from the network.
5. Professional Conduct
You agree to maintain professional service standards, honor quoted prices (including promotional discounts), and resolve customer complaints in good faith.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. You remain responsible for payment of all leads delivered before termination.
